Tripack convection heat tunnels are specifically designed to shrink full body printed shrink sleeve labels and printed multi-pack sleeves. Most packaging heat tunnels in the market are designed to shrink basic clear, heat-shrinkable films.  Tripack tunnels take it a step further to ensure that your highly decorated printed sleeve is shrunk evenly without major distortion. 

Here are the key control elements of our tunnels that ensure the best shrink performance:

• Digital Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) Air Velocity Controls
  controls the force of the heat being applied to the container
• Digital Temperature Controls
  maintains the proper heat temperature required for the best shrink
• Damper Air Flow System
  controls where the forced air is being concentrated through the tunnel

How many tunnels will I need? 
Tripack tunnels are modular so that you can mix and match tunnel system configurations.  How much dwell time (or how many tunnels you need) will be dependent on line speeds and difficulty of shrink.  Tripack sales representatives can assist you with configuring the proper tunnel system for your application.
