The HSA-405S applicator is a customizable, high-speed machine, capable of running our largest range of shapes and sizes up to 500 products per minute. It has the flexibility to apply shrink sleeve labels to a single container or a multi-pack. This machine design uses proven components, including a mandrel in combination with servo motion control on the feed wheels and knife assembly for precise feeding and cutting of the film.
Changeovers are tool-less and have been simplified to get you back in production sooner. An enhanced changeover option, that uses digital counters with feedback, is available to further reduce downtime. The machine’s design features provide a great solution that can be used for flexible packaging in several industries: including food, beverage, pharmaceutical, home care, cosmetics, and many more.
